To satisfy a sudden craving of Authentic Indian food, we decided to visit Apsara Restaurant, located around the Queen’s Park Savannah, on the outskirts of downtown Port-of-Spain.
Although this is not my first time here, it has been many years since I last had the opportunity to visit.
Knowing exactly what we wanted, we ordered straight away: Salted Lasse and a fresh Fruit Punch for drinks, an order of Aloo and Chicken Samosas for our appetizers, and for our main course: Palak Paneer, Lamb Vindaloo with Vegetarian Biryani and of course Garlic Naan.
Served on coal pot fires, to keep warm, we were also advised that the servings are enough for two persons.
Great Company. Good Service. Delicious Food; even enough for Leftovers the next day! What more could you ask for? 😉
