I feel as if I’m on a role here and am so grateful to have the opportunity to attend these dinners. Yep! Another Monday has come around and I have just come back from attending the T&T National Culinary Team Practice dinner at the Trinidad Hilton. Yay!

One again, the same routines occurred: the cocktail demonstration (this time a rum cocktail option), the serving of the “Taste of the Islands”, followed by the Appetizer, Main Course and Dessert.

The competition that the Team is preparing for, is coming up at the end of this month (June 26-30 2013, in Miami). I won’t be sharing the menu and/or ingredients, but please enjoy these pictures of our lovely meal:

Point to note:  If you wish to attend or support our National Culinary Team 2013, besides attending the scheduled practice dinners, there will be a fundraiser on June 17, 2013, where the team will be cooking, presenting and interacting with everyone.
