I attended the T&T National Culinary Team practice dinner at the Trinidad Hilton again last night. A combination of the enjoyment of the meal, the meeting of new people and my initial company is, as previously mentioned, a great plus with this tasteful experience.

The same format occurred as did with the previous weeks: the cocktail demonstration, the serving of the “Taste of the Islands”, followed by the Appetizer, Main Course and Dessert.
